Kory Kozar
President/Owner
Kory has over 25 years of operation management experience ranging from Fortune 100 to small family-owned businesses. He currently owns and manages four successful companies operating in the greater Denver and front range areas; Kozar Construction; Kozar Industrial – a miscellaneous steel fabricator; Life Time Fence – a commercial and industrial fence installer; and Kozar Tree Werks – a forestry-based tree service company.
Kory holds an MBA from the University of California, San Diego and a BS in Power Systems Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy in Castine, Maine. He currently lives in Evergreen, Colorado and enjoys cycling with friends and spending time with his wife and daughters.
Jordan Wallace
Project Manager
Jordan is a Colorado Native with 15 years of construction and customer service experience. He has a broad knowledge of the materials and trades needed for new and remodel projects. He currently lives in Englewood, Colorado with his wife and son where he enjoys the city life. He and his family love to cook together at home, exploring new flavors and meal ideas all the time. When Jordan’s not at work he likes to spend his time traveling to see live music, visiting the beach, and learning about new cultures and cities.
Kristie Kline
Office Manager
Kristie has been managing business office administration for over 20 years. Her hobbies are gardening and doing projects around her house. Kristie has a degree in police science and criminology. After hours she likes to spend time with her grandchildren teaching them the fine art of baking pastries. Once a collegiate volleyball Libero (a defensive specialist), Kristie now lends her experience to helping Kozar Construction.
